Welcome to InvoiceBase AI, a service provided by Generatech Studio, Inc. ("Generatech," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our invoice scanning, analysis, and reporting service (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). InvoiceBase AI is a software application that scans email attachments to identify invoices, processes them, and provides analysis and reporting through our user interface. The Service requires access to your email account(s) to scan for invoice attachments.
To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
By using the Service, you authorize Generatech to access your email account(s) for the purpose of scanning email attachments to identify and process invoices. We will only access the attachments necessary to provide the Service and will not read or process the content of your email messages unless it is directly related to invoice processing.
The Service may offer subscription plans with different features and pricing. By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to pay the subscription fees as described at the time of purchase. We may change subscription fees with notice, and your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your agreement to such changes.
The Service and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Generatech and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service, except as automatically occurs when using the Service as permitted.
You retain all rights to your data that you upload, submit, or process through the Service. By using the Service, you grant Generatech a limited license to access, process, and analyze your data solely to provide and improve the Service. We will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any specific information provided by the Service will be accurate. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of data processed by the Service.
IN NO EVENT WILL GENERATECH, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Generatech, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Service shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of Delaware.
